As a Change Manager, you will be an enthusiastic individual with extensive Change Management experience who will be confident to hit the ground running in a variety fast-paced programmes. You will have ideally previously worked within the Public Sector and are able to demonstrate strong working knowledge of a variety of change tools. You will be a result driven individual who uses their initiative to develop effective solutions to problems. It is essential you are an effective leader and educator with demonstrated experience in delivering projects in a practical and logical method.
Your responsibilities will vary from project to project but you will continually be involved in leading, developing and managing the change management strategy and approach. Our Change Managers will be fully immersed in driving people, organisational and IT change. You will also need to be a strong communicator and a confident influencer as you will be interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders and at all levels of seniority.
